UIA Annual Congress

CREMADES & CALVO-SOTELO, through its Managing Partner in Zaragoza, Mr. José Pajares, is participating in two sessions of the 68th Congress of the UIA, which is starting to be held in Paris

The 68th Congress of the International Union of Lawyers (UIA) will take place in Paris (France) from October 30 to November 2, at the Palais des Congrès (Porte Maillot).

This Congress will offer a broad programme in which the main themes are “Is it necessary and possible to regulate artificial intelligence?” and “Fashion and sustainable development”, and which will also include different work sessions combined with social activities attended by lawyers from all over the world.

Likewise, a meeting will be held during the Congress with colleagues from all over the world to present EURO LATAM LEX, a network of independent law firms on the five continents.

Mr. José Pajares Echeverría, Director of the Restructuring and Insolvency Law Department at Cremades & Calvo-Sotelo Abogados, will take advantage of this international sale to share his bankruptcy experience with specialist lawyers from around the world, learning from the results of many other regulations in force in other countries.
