From 19 to 20 September, the Seminar presented by the UIA with the support of the Illustrious Barcelona Bar Association (ICAB) was held, “A sustainable world: Focus on the transport business. From corporate obligations to contracts and litigation” CREAMED & BALD-BALD LAWYERS, D. José Pajares.
The purpose of said Seminar was to debate and explore the responsibilities of transport operators and their counterparts under international and domestic legal frameworks,
Also, on 18 September, the meeting of the Presidency Council of the International Union of Lawyers (UIA) took place at the Illustre Colegio de Abogados de Barcelona, which was also attended by D. José Pajares as a representative of UNCITRAL.
