Informative note: Change in the alarm state

The state of alarm has also changed company regulations extraordinarily and temporarily, among others, the following:
1. The meetings of the Board of Directors or similar may be held by videoconference, which ensures authenticity and connection in real time with image and sound to remote attendees.
2. The resolutions of the Board of Directors and similar ones may be adopted by means of a written vote and without a session whenever the chairman decides and they should be so adopted when requested by at least two of its members.
3. The term of the formalization of the annual accounts is suspended until the alarm state ends, resuming again for another three months from this roof.
4. The ordinary General Meeting to approve the accounts for the year will be held within three months from the end of the period for preparing the annual accounts.
