Latest amendments to the Revised Text of the Bankruptcy Law

The latest amendments to the Revised Text of the Bankruptcy Law appear to be moving forward if we look at the evolution of bankruptcy proceedings during 2023.

However, the success lies precisely in the wrongly named pre-bankruptcy phase and, specifically, in the restructuring plans that are avoiding many bankruptcies. It is time to congratulate the European and Spanish legislator.
