The UNCITRAL sessions began, attended by Mr. José Pajares, Partner-Director of PAJARES & ASOCIADOS ABOGADOS, as Representative of the International Union of Lawyers (UIA) in Working Group V, Insolvency Regime, in the Commission of the United Nations for International Trade Law (UNCITRAL).

The 58th session is taking place in New York (online) from May 4-7.
