The Latin Euromerican G8 Insolvency and Restructuring Program

On March 8 and 9, the G8 Latin American Insolvency and Restructuring Program culminates, a great event that seeks to offer academic content, exchange of experiences and best practices among the 8 main economies of Latin America and Europe (Italy, France, Portugal, Spain, Colombia, Chile, Brazil and Mexico) in terms of GDP.

As far as Spain is concerned, the leader of the G8, Mr. José Pajares, Managing Partner of PAJARES & ASOCIADOS ABOGADOS, also provided his conclusions on our insolvency system.
