The Association of Young Lawyers of Madrid (AJA – Madrid) and the Civil and Commercial Court of Arbitration (CIMA) celebrate a new cycle of arbitration

On October 13, October 27 and November 10, at 6:30 p.m., AJA Madrid and CIMA have organized a new cycle of three free online sessions in which they will talk about how to execute an arbitration award, its jurisdictional scope and the promotion of commercial arbitration and in financial entities.

Our Partner-Director, Mr. José Pajares, as Arbitrator and Mediator of CIMA, will be in charge of the first session with his presentation "The execution of the arbitration award".
