Jose Pajares, Mediator

The Civil and Commercial Court of Arbitration (CIMA), in collaboration with the Higher Institute of Law and Economics (ISDE), will soon give the II Course on Accreditation and Training as a Business Mediator.

Said course, designed for CIMA associates, is focused so that they know how to act as mediators in the alternative resolution of civil and commercial conflicts to the legal one.

Our Partner-Director, Mr. José Pajares, will participate as a speaker in the bankruptcy mediation area in this second edition.
