José Pajares will direct the Restructuring and Insolvency Law department of Cremades Cremades & Calvo-Sotelo Abogados

The prestigious law firm Cremades & Calvo-Sotelo integrates the Aragonese firm Pajares & Asociados Abogados. In this way, Mr. José Pajares, current main partner of Pajares & Abogados, becomes the managing partner of the Restructuring and Insolvency Law department within Cremades & Calvo-Sotelo.

Cremades & Calvo-Sotelo Office

The Cremades & Calvo-Sotelo firm was created at the end of the 90s. It currently has physical offices in the main Spanish cities and in eight different countries, such as France, Israel, Argentina and Mexico. It brings together among its more than 100 professionals jurists of more than 15 different nationalities.

Pajares & Associates Office

For its part, the Pajares & Asociados firm has more than 60 years of experience working in the sector and is an important and historical reference, not only in the Aragonese capital and in Madrid, where its two offices are located, but also at the international. They are specialists in the restructuring, refinancing and reorganization of companies.

This agreement was ratified through a formal signing that took place on November 2 in Zaragoza. An event that was attended by lawyers Javier Cremades and José Pajares, among other members of the legal community.
