CREMADES & CALVO-SOTELO, through its Partner-Director in Zaragoza D. José Pajares, participates in the content of the book "Derecho Concursal" published by Grupo Editori Lex & Iuris.
In the book have collaborated numerous authors of the highest scientific and professional quality, among them, D. José Pajares Echeverría, Director of the Department of Restructuring and Insolvency Law of Cremades & Calvo-Sotelo Lawyers.
D. José Pajares Echevarría has contributed his article “The incidence of the declaration of competition on the arbitration clause in Spanish legislation”. This article addresses the main points of arbitral case law and the constant evolution and modernization of the Arbitration Act.
This work, coordinated by F. Anthony Lizárraga Vera-Portocarrero, gathers different points of view of professionals in the competitive world.
