A new training course begins for access to the Master of Law and Procuracy in which Mr. José Pajares will provide services as a teacher in Bankruptcy Law with the collaboration of the Attorney General of the Courts, Ms. Celia Cebrián.
Access to the professions of Lawyer and Court Attorney.
Law 15/2021, which modifies Law 34/2006 of October 30 on access to the professions of Lawyer and Court Attorney, establishes a single professional title qualifying for membership as a lawyer or attorney, depending on the activity that is decided to be carried out. , it is not possible to combine both professions.
Specialized and practical training.
As the specialized training is provided jointly by the University of Zaragoza, the School of Legal Practice of the Royal and Illustrious College of Lawyers of Zaragoza and the Illustrious College of Attorneys of Zaragoza, practical training is provided that is very suitable for the subsequent practice of law and of the procurement.
