CREMADES & CALVO-SOTELO ABOGADOS participate in the XIX IIDC Congress in Guadalajara (Mexico)
The Managing Partner of CREMADES & CALVO-SOTELO in the Zaragoza office, Mr. José Pajares, will travel to Guadalajara (Mexico) to participate in the XIX Congress of the Ibero-American Institute of Bankruptcy Law (IIDC).
Said event, under the title “Crisis law and its direct impact on economic growth, nearshoring and post-pandemic, immediate actions”, organized by the IIDC and institutionally sponsored by the Mexican Bar Association (BMA), the National Association of Business Lawyers (ANADE) and the Illustrious and National Bar Association of Mexico (INCAM), will be based at the Hyatt Regency Andares Hotel from October 15 to 20 and will bring together the main exponents and specialists of insolvency law in Latin America . .
The format of the Congress will be in panels in which there will be at least one moderator and three panelists per session.
Mr. José Pajares will participate in the Fifth Panel to talk about “The Future of Bankruptcy Law. Principles and values. Thermometer between protection for creditors and benefits for the debtor and/or company. Concursal law
that if it is implemented on a daily basis.”
