AEAE - Entrepreneurs and personal risk they assume

Mr. José Pajares, Partner in Charge of the Restructuring and Insolvency Law Department Cremades & Calvo-Sotelo Abogados will give the conference “Businessmen in Spain: personal risk they assume and legal protection measures”

The Spanish Association of Business Friends (AEAE) actively collaborates with its related entities by organizing activities with the aim of disseminating topics that are relevant and critical for Spanish businessmen.

In this line of collaboration, the AEAE calls for the conference “Businessmen in Spain: personal risk they assume and legal protection measures” to be held on June 24 at 6:00 p.m. at its headquarters (C/Méndez Álvaro, 56-Madrid) with the collaboration of Cremades & Calvo-Sotelo Abogados, experts in innovative solutions in the field of law in Spain, and specifically by the Partner in Charge of the Restructuring and Insolvency Law Department, Mr. José Pajares Echevarría.

On this occasion, a crucial issue for all entrepreneurs will be addressed: the risk they assume personally and the legal protection measures available in Spain. There will also be talk about the possibilities of refinancing and the nullity of the ICO guarantee line, aspects that generate great interest among associates.

In addition, useful and practical tools will be shared to manage these risks, with the support of expert legal advisors who will ensure that valuable information is obtained and applicable to specific circumstances.
