60th UNCITRAL session

On April 18, the 60th period of sessions of UNCITRAL will begin, which will be attended by Mr. José Pajares, Partner-Director of PAJARES & ASOCIADOS ABOGADOS, as Representative of the International Union of Lawyers (UIA) in Working Group V, Regime of Insolvency, in the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL).
These sessions will take place in New York until April 21, and they will deal with legal issues arising from the location and recovery of assets in the civil field applied to insolvency proceedings; the issue of applicable law in insolvency proceedings; and an updated version of the publication “UNCITRAL Model Law on Cross-Border Insolvency: The Judicial Perspective”, along with other matters.
