José Pajares participates in the book collection: "Uruguayan Bankruptcy Law Studies"

The collection of books, "ESTUDIOS DE DERECHO URUGUAYO BANKRUPTCY", published by the Law School of the University of Montevideo, which has already published its eighth volume coordinated by Camilo Martínez Blanco, includes several articles by lawyers from Chile, Mexico, Colombia, Spain and Argentina who formulate their reflections on the negative effects of the pandemic on the economy and also provide particular solutions to face insolvency.

Among them, he participates with his article: Opportunity for Europe after the Covid 19 pandemic in the transposition of directive 1023/19, of June 20 on “preventive restructuring frameworks, debt exemption and disqualifications”, the Partner-Director of PAJARES & ASOCIADOS ABOGADOS, Mr. José Pajares Echeverría.
